I was already prepared for them to say “You need to go back to your Home branch, but no. Alex rolled up her sleeves and went to work. She was so nice and polite. Even though this may be my one and only stop in there I felt compelled to sing their praises. Thanks so much for such a great customer experience!

Thomas Thornton1I have been treated like a criminal several times at this branch by the manager, assistant manager and the shorter of the two regular M-F tellers while trying to complete company bank runs and financial transactions. There were no solutions offered when I tried to get a cashier's check, which has been accomplished by several other managers in the company without issue, and was instead told that it was dangerous for me to have blank checks. I have been promoted to manager based on merit and have been entrusted with checks based on an established trust and agreement with the business. I do not understand why the bank is unable to uphold their end or work with me to accomplish what the account holder has requested of me and do not appreciate the hassle it has caused the company and myself.

Eric Davis1Why is there no drive-up? This is the only bank I know of that encourages non-customer contact - their answer to everything - use the ATM. Heaven forbid you have to go in - plan on waiting @least an hour!

Cindy1I chose to help "save the trees" and opted out of getting monthly statements now each month I'm being charged $3 for check images, I don't think so! I'm closing my account after 15+ years. I'm tired of businesses taking every penny I have. I'm on disability I be damed if I'm calling every month to dispute your stupid charge!

Chris Steffen1Horrible experience! ATM swallowed my debit card and I had to wait (currently 40 mins) while being skipped by others. They don't seem to care at all. No "line" or number system to know who's next. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

Kim Hays1Not hard to see why they have such a low rating on Google. Untrained and unprofessional staff that doesn't care. They have been cashing post dated checks and then later denying it. Then refuse to help me. Filed Complaint and will be pulling all accounts for BOA! This is donuts your dealing with its people hard earned money.
