  This is the place to go if you are mortgage shopping! I absolutely LOVE Tara Kling and will do business with her operation on any given day! This time around I worked with Matthew Hemmer on refinancing my home. He proved to be every bit of the professional I found in Tara! He made my refinance so EASY! And worth it! I stepped away with lower payments, eliminated PMI AND cash in hand! WOW! And Julianne....she takes the cake! In fact, she deserves cake! We shared some great laughs while working on the little details needed to wrap up the whole mortgage process!! She even sat in on my closing with me! Do yourself a favor and check this firm out while shopping for a mortgage broker! You will NOT be sorry!

  Tara and the Simplicity team were absolutely fantastic. This being our first home purchase, my wife and I were essentially flying blind to everything that goes into purchasing. Tara made sure we were in the loop on everything a buyer should/would normally know, and then even educated us on the process of her entire team. She was ALWAYS available, and was very, very adamant that we understood everything she was doing. I cannot say enough nice things about working with Tara and her team. By the end of it, she felt like family. We closed faster than expected, got an awesome rate, and felt taken care of the entire time.

  We searched for a condo for over 6 months. When we finally found the right one, we also got a suggestion to talk to a local mortgage company, Simplicity, even though we'd already been pre-approved by an online broker. What a lucky break !! Freddy and his small, but dedicated group, helped guide us through the entire process...every step of the way...and provided an extremely competitive mortgage package. It's so nice to deal with real live people, who are completely committed to their business, take a very personal approach to your outcome, and still provide a product that is economically very attractive.   Simplicity Mortgage and Freddy has shown themselves to be adept. Freddy was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. Through out the entire process he kept me updated and always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner.   Simplicity Mortgage had us in and out of the pre approval process faster than our previous lender. Tara kept us informed throughout the entire process. When we were ready to lock in and she noticed the APR percentages drop she made sure we got it locked in. We were thankful because rates went up the next day. I highly recommend Simplicity Mortgage.
