  Seth communicated extremely well and was very diligent in the entire process. I stayed on on top of everything and he did the same, but I would say above and beyond. We closed a whole week earlier which moved our timelines up to get into our new house even faster. Also his rates were great and with the lender credits I got, I ended up with a lot of my earnest money back. Next t home I buy I am definitely going to Seth no doubts about it.

  We really appreciate the timely communication from Seth.Seth has great rapport building skills and took the time to help us be informed consumers about buying a house and the market. In general, he was knowledgeable, resourceful, and respectful throughout the process. We are so lucky to have him on our team. He also was a fun person to get to know and talk to. :)
