Mearl Martin (Notary / Loan Signing)5I truly appreciate the folks at ServiceLink. When I consider all the companies I work with ServiceLink is by far the most reliable when it comes to signing Loan documents.
Response from the ownerHi, Mearl. Thank you for leaving a 5-star review. At ServiceLink, we strive to serve you better. We look forward to continuing this partnership in the future! Your ServiceLink Team

Guy G5John Herbick and the ServiceLink team have been nothing short of outstanding. John and his colleagues are responsive, professional, and deliver white glove service. Admittedly, I was skeptical based on past ServiceLink experiences, but they have more than won me over!

Rob Hetrick5ServiceLink was used on a property I just purchased. I was apprehensive at first after reading all the reviews. My purchase went smoothly and closed in 2 weeks. A little difficult to reach by phone, but Ashley did a great job and was very responsive to emails. No issues.

Derek Campbell1Following an interest rate reduction refinance on my VA loan, ServiceLink did not disperse the checks to pay my homeowner's insurance or property taxes. They held the money for over 60 days and never cut a check! As a result, my homeowner's policy was terminated for non-payment, and I received late penalties PLUS INTEREST for unpaid real estate taxes. There is ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY with this company. I have filed complaints w/ the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. If your mortgage lender uses ServiceLink, refuse the deal and find your own title company.

GSD Sieger1I would give zero stars if it was possible, stay away from these people if you want anything to be done and done fare, properly and in professional manner. In the middle of my house purchase process I had to switch to another closing company in order to save my closing! Service Link almost ruined my house purchase. Another closing company, legit real estate attorney firm, corrected all the damage Service Link caused on me, saved my closing. I am very thankful to them. Shame on Service Link. Such companies should not stay in business

Cameron Ramage1Terrible service at double the price of any one else. My loan company ended up doing their job for them. They messed up putting all the fee's and taxes on the closing documents. After i signed the document they emailed me saying that they need more money to finalize the loan. My loan company called them to inquire as to why they needed more, and they asked the guy if he read the email that has all the instructions on how to input everything and what all needed to inputted because they give you all that information in the email, and he said why would I read that? The incompetence of this company is astounding. I have many other stories of them not knowing how to do their jobs as well as not wanting to do their job. Do not use this company!

Robert Foutty1If it were possible to give negative ratings, that's where I'd be. I would advise if your mortgage is sold to these jokers, refinance as quickly as possible, it is MORE than worth the headache! I inadvertently made an extra mortgage payment one month and it took over two weeks to receive my money back and the last time I called the finally told me they couldn't electronically refund my money only send a paper check. Granted it was my mistake in making 2 payments, but the customer service left much to be desired. The "supervisor" I spoke with had an attitude from the word go and was entirely unhelpful. I would LOVE to see these clowns out of business and their assets and building being sold off!

George Kinney5I don't usually write reviews but on this one I have too. I am one who always reads reviews before I purchase or use services. In this instance it was too late but I got lucky. We had to use service link to purchase our home (foreclosure). I was already in too far to turn around when I read the reviews on servicelink and got extremely worried. Blah blah blah. I closed on my house is 29 days. Moral of the story...don't judge a book by its cover.
Response from the ownerHi George, Thank you for leaving a 5-Star review. At ServiceLink, we continuously strive to serve you better. We look forward to serving you in the future! Your ServiceLink Team

Alex Scopino1ZERO STARS. Absolutely, hands down the WORST title company I have ever worked with. Read the reviews, it's all true. Not only did they not communicate with me as a realtor working on the transaction, they didn't communicate with each other. Just as an example, the closer didn't know the closing date and was surprised two days before closing. That is just ONE example of how horrendous this company was to work with. From beginning to end they had no idea what was happening, no idea of date deadlines and no idea how the transaction worked. The closer asked me THREE different times who we were closing with. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is.

Tashi Dorje1If there were zero stars, i would give it to them. It took three weeks for them to register a deed. They are incompetent, slow, and difficult to communicate with. After writing an email to senior management in head quarters, a management level person at the local office bothered to do anything. Errors: 1. Servicelink did not file correctly (twice) 2. Servicelink did not spot their error (we happened to check weeks later) 3. we had to ride them with multiple telephone calls daily to get it done I hope we never do business with them again. Epilogue: After a great deal of trouble and consulting with a title specialist, everything was straightened out. The individual that handled our case was terminated and management owned up to their mistakes. they refunded the fee and agreed to reimburse our expenses. We still will not do business with them.
