  As a veteran, who has a long family history of military service, I was appalled to wake this morning, Memorial Day, to find a flag planted by my mailbox, without my prior approval, that had a Howard Hanna advertisement attached. First, I can't stand the way I was treated during and after my home purchase using Howard Hanna. I would never deal with them again. Second, I don't approve of any advertising being placed on my property without my approval. Third, that is one of the most pathetic greed driven, gestures I ever encountered trying to pass off as patriotic.

  We had a great experience with our realtor. We owned a home, but needed a larger home due to our expanding family : ). From the get-go we were given top-notched service. Our realtor, Denise, come to give us a price opinion to list our house in a timely fashion. She even brought her manager, Michael (I think that was his name), for an extra set of eyes to pricing our home. He was super knowledgeable and we knew we were in good hands. Denise made great marketing materials for showings and open houses, she calmed us down when we got nervous, and got excited with us when we got an offer on our home. Not to make a stressful time more stressful, but we needed to buy at the same time! When you have two little ones running around while carting them from house to house, Denise was a ray of sunshine... who helped me corral them into the car after we looked at each house. She is a saint, because we looked at A LOT of houses. In the end, she found us our forever home and we couldn't be happier. We couldn't be more thankful for Denise, Michael, and all of the services provided at Howard Hanna. We got the lowest rate on our mortgage through their broker, and I think we got our insurance through them too. Honestly, when you have little ones things become a blur, and you appreciate those who can do their job and cause the least amount of hassle to an otherwise stressful journey. Thank you Howard Hanna!   We purchased a foreclosed home and cannot thank everyone at Howard Hanna enough for going above and beyond to make it a seamless process. We went back and forth with the bank, but your agents were with us every step of the way to help us through everything. You have a great team at this office!

  Your realtor agent Sonja Scully was awsome! Very friendly , professional explained everything as on top of her game thru out the process. Was understanding to our needs .we also had and very early bid, quick sale and closing. This was my second experience with Howard Hanna , first was 12 years ago when I bought this same house.

  Michael Bassilios WAS our realtor that we signed with. I say WAS, because he took a promotion on June 3rd to another branch. Sadly, we, his clients were NOT notified by a telephone call, an email or even a letter. I was told by the "new" realtor, one that I did NOT choose, never met, etc that Michael was just too busy with his new job. It's very consuming. We wondered why we weren't getting ANY feed back from our last several showings. Is this company policy and should this lack of common courtesy, and respect for clients acceptable? Really???

  The buying and selling of a home can be very difficult and stressful, but Dana Kostishack and her fellow employees at Howard Hanna made it as easy as one possibly could! The people are nice and welcoming and are there to help and answer all questions you may have!

  This is a great place to work! I have been in this office for over a year and the agents, manager and staff are wonderful. They are always willing to give advice and answer any questions. I would not work anywhere else.
