  Wow!! What an awesome experience!!! Everything went beyond great!!! Teri Daley and Orange Coast lender services made the process very easy for me as a Realtor! they were very polite, attentive and very knowledgeable as a team! Teri even came to say hello and see how the process was going, she also went out of her way to check up on me and my client periodically! It was such a pleasure to work with Her and also her team, I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a house! all I can say is Thank you to Teri Daley and Orange Coast Lending Services for making my clients experience and also my experience a memorable one!!!!   Had a closing in March where the customer missed his closing time at 6pm. Orange Coast's notary spoke with me and went back to the clients house at 10pm to get this closing done for my borrower. Red Tree Mortgage loves Orange Coast they go above and beyond for not us but the client as well. Great service is delivered here always. Use Orange Coast Lender Services for your next settlement.

  Uncooperative with an attitude, not so wiling to work with the needs of their clients. A simple evidence to satisfy a judgement which is widely accepted by well known Title companies, is just not acceptable to them. It started with an email from them mentioning "(see Attached)", but there wasn't anything attached to that email. When I pointed out to them about their error and asked them to send that attachment, they just ignored me, and it was down hill afterwards. So I fired them the next day and moved on.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Orange Coast Lender Services! Teri was an absolute dream to work with. I am a Realtor and met Teri through networking.   As a loan officer I have worked with many title companies. Some with nightmarish outcomes. “Title” is the last piece of a mortgage transaction. Title work is exacting. It is time sensitive.
