  They weren't very helpful at all. Just a lot of "I don't know" and "I'm sorry" no real knowledge to help resovle issues which is allI I have had with huntington is issues and at the end of the day they don't really care at all. Just there to get a paycheck I would recommend banking elsewhere

  I would give a 0 ... They have one ATM that is out of service, what a joke!!!!

  I gave a 1 star rating for one very simple reason. The only male they have working there literally accused me and or my employer of forging a signature on my pay check. He made me wait while he got his supervisor to come check the signature. He was a total unprofessional ass clown. He should be retrained and or removed from working there. That said, the other ladies that work there are truly delightful and very professional. I would give this bank 5 stars if that awful guy was no longer an employee there. Customers should never be made to feel like criminals. On a closing note, I've used Huntington Bank for over 15 years and my employer prints our pay checks on Huntington business checks and has done so for at least 25 years. So neither of us are new to this bank. Such a shame they got one bad apple working there that ruins the whole branch.

  Very kind and helpful staff, when I can make it to the bank during their working hours. 9-4? And then not even past 12 on Saturdays? If not for these atrocious hours of operation this would be an easy 5 star review.

  I just met with the bank manager, Stephanie. She was great in answering all our questions. Its nice to know she will be helping us manage our banking needs in the future. Great customer service. DL

  Several weeks ago I opened the front door to the bank and two women were talking on the inside near the front door. A big blonde woman barked at me that they were closed and I asked then why don't you lock the door? She pulled the door shut. She glared at me through the window and I asked where there was a Huntington Bank that was open after 4:OO in the afternoon. She moved her lips and I could not hear a thing that she said. I moved to the side of the building to withdraw some money from the ATM. She was walking through the lot and I thanked her for informing me where there was a Huntington. She said in a sarcastic tone Aliquippa. I told her to do something anatomically impossible and she went on to say that they don't like customers like me. I called her by the nuclear option, aka the C word. I received a letter from her yesterday that I have a month to move the $40,000 dollars that I have in two accounts out of Huntington by mid November. This is the biggest joke of a bank in Pennsylvania or Ohio. That is all you do at this bank is store money and have nothing to show for it. Carie, thanks for doing me a favor and I hope that your employer eventually can detect what a complete zero that you truly are.

  Customer service is awesome! But I would NEVER deposit into the ATM again, the thing ate my money and now there's nothing they can do for me!!!

  Great bank with great employees. Terrible ATM attached to the building, and customer service over the phone causes more problems than it fixes.

  Terrible bank! They lost my safe deposit box & all my belongings, stay away they don't care about you !
