  Mark helped me purchase my first home in February 2022. As an agent, he was always on top of everything and kept me well informed on the process. He was always approachable with any questions I had and all around a very easy person to get along with. His 20+ years of experience in the Jacksonville market, his knowledge is deep knows the area like the back of his hand. Would absolutely refer him to friends looking to buy, and look forward to working with him again in the future.

  Mark was the best. The housing market is pretty insane at the moment and we were using a VA loan so there was more that we needed help to navigate and Mark made it feel smooth and painless. He understood what we were looking for and he was always a phone call away and always had an answer to my questions. (I had a lot of questions and worries due to the market.) Mark helped us find and purchase the most amazing home! We would recommend Mark if you are using a VA loan as he is super versed in the process and can help navigate special case issues that can arise during the process of finding the right home. That said, we would recommend Mark and Sellstate Jax Realty to ANYONE looking for a home the Jacksonville area! Hopefully, we will never leave this home but if we decided too, we would FOR SURE use Mark again. THANKS MARK!

  Mark was great to work with. Buying a home can be stressful but Mark made the process easier by being available when my busy schedule allowed, even in short notice. He listened to us when we explained what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction to find the right place for our family. He wasn't pushy and truly respected our not-so-tangible choices while house-hunting. I would definitely recommend working with Mark and plan to do so on our next journey.

  Mark was beyond helpful throughout the entire home buying process. It wasn’t about just making the sale to mark, he took the time to ensure you understand each step of the process. There were absolutely no surprises as mark was so communicative. Anytime I consider buying or selling a home in the future, I will always go to mark. I would also recommend him to friends and family who are in the market for a home. Awesome experience. Five stars isn’t enough.

  Mark is by far the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond every step of the way. He is clearly very knowledgeable about houses around Jax and helped us feel like we were making a good, informed decision. Most realtors will just stand back and wait to be asked a question.   Mark not only took care of the headache part of closing but he reassured me that we will find the home that fits my needs! He is very organized so when looking at houses he made it so we wouldn’t waste gas. He understood that I was traveling from Miami. Overall, no matter the age you are he has your back!
