  Donald and his team are my go to people. Donald always put his customer's needs above and beyond any gain he might have, as he says I like to sleep at night. As a realtor, I always send my clients to Donald, and personally I had a couple of questions about refinancing my own home and it was actually cheaper for me NOT to refinance. When my loan company was calling me to refinance. That's what I consider have my best interest. I'm honored not only to do business with him but also to call him my friend.

  I can't recommend Donald at SWBC highly enough. I called several mortgage companies for my loan, and Donald was the only one where I felt he really wanted my business. His rates were cheaper than the others, but he also followed up with me during my decision process to see if there was anything else he could do to help. Several times during the loan process obstacles came up which could potentially derail the mortgage. Donald always found a way to keep it moving forward when the convenient answer could have been, "I don't see a solution". He was a pure joy to work with---give him a call, you won't regret it.
