Sean McCarthy3Unfortunately this is a mixed review but the level of frustration that this financial institution brings me caused me to write this review. The people at this branch are great, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The negative is that their mobile app for deposits and online banking is horrible. I use 3 different banking apps, including CFCU and theirs is by far the biggest headache. If you are looking for the covid of mobile banking I do not recommend CommuFirst.

Tricia Pittman4had an issue with their ATM, they didn't care, not their fault - it's a 3rd party. Well, it's still your machine in your bank. an update and rating increase. after I posted a negative review, they reached out. the branch manager tried to track down the funds and review what happened. I appreciate him looking into it, and all of the time he spent, over the holidays too! but no 5 star, I am still out 300 bucks and I'll continue banking here but won't use their ATM

shelby koren5I love this bank! I switched from Wells Fargo to community first back in 2015 and I will NEVER go back. I lost my debit card on a Friday night and was able to go in on a Saturday and Corey printed me (not a temporary) but a permanent debit card within 5 minutes. Autumn the manager is a delight and always helps me stay organized. Corey helped me open my third account here very efficiently and patiently. Reggie was a delight as well. They play fantastic music, not to mention they have beautiful art in the building of historical 1900’s Jacksonville beach. This bank is local and I love knowing that my hard earned money is safe with them.

Jax Corzine5Community First helped me when I was a child establish my first savings account. Most recently they helped me and my husband establish a trust account and while years have passed we still get the same incredible service! Autumn and get staff are so attentive and go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. The branch manager Autumn even stopped by my home to help me sign docs on a day I was just too busy! It’s always service with a smile and I’ll be a member for life. Love my beach branch!!

Allen Soto5I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager Bruno. I was trying to buy a business from my partner and was told at first that it couldn’t be done. Bruno took the time to look into his capabilities, as a branch manager was thought only to be able to execute the certain actions necessary to convey the business into my name. Bruno went above and beyond in his duties all while having a smile on his face. He and his team made my day. Thank you very much for your superior service Bruno! I will be sending everyone I know to this credit union for that exact reason.

Krystina Mary5This credit union has helped me build my credit and I really felt like they were on my side to helping me achieve what I wanted. Kori was patient and stayed late to help me finish my appointment and was happy to do it. Jon Fox5Inna Akimenko helped us resolve a problem with the new rewards program on our credit card. We had previously spent 1 day with the credit card company, no help. I full day with many phone calls to to the downtown credit union they couldn't resolve our problem. We met with Inna on Tuesday she called us back on Wednesday she had resolved our problem. She was knowledgeable, patient, persistent, diligent, and very pleasant to deal with. She understood our problem and worked until she had resolved the problem.

Megan Burns5My husband and I set up a new checking and savings account. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and even help us set up an appointment so we could run out, grab lunch, and come back without having to sit and wait! Account setup process with Bruno was so simple and quick, I love that they have online banking/app, but I'd be just as excited to stop in this physical location! I didn't see it before the remodel, but it's super nice and clean (and smells real nice). Thanks CFCU Jax Beach!
