  Made an offer on a property in Hideaway Valley in Sanpete County Utah that we have waited for years to come avaliable. We own a property in the exact area. The property was listed and the agent Michelle Mendenhall put the sign on the wrong property. We called her and told her of her mistake. It was a holiday weekend and we moved the sign to the correct property to help her. Then we made our offer. We asked please let us know if there is a higher offer. We kept in contact with her and just last week we learned the property is under contract. She never let us know... Really ..we would have outbid anyone to own this property. We lost and the seller lost $$$. I'm upset and I hope the seller finds out we were willing to do a bidding war. This is very poor service.

  We conducted some business with RE/MAX Results of Orem; Utah. Unfortunately our experience was very poor. We worked with an agent from this agency and felt she was unethical and unfair in our contact. We tried to contact the principle agent by email and phone about our complaint. Nothing. No contact back at all. I'm very disappointed with this agency.
