  I’ve done all my loans through UCCU and they’ve treated me incredibly! Highly recommend them on every account.

  The last three times I've been to the drive-thru at this Branch, I've waited 10-25 minutes), even when there have not been a lot of cars waiting. Incredibly slow. They would do well to figure out a system to get cars through quicker.

  If I could give a lower star rating I would. This credit union is terrible. We have had problems with our business account ever since they updated their new website software. First off we were not able to make a simple transfer to another member online. We have gone in more times than I can count to get the problem resolved and have been told the same thing. We are sorry we can't help you, but they give our account number to someone who "can". Still to this day I cannot make a simple transfer online. Secondly this morning around 1400 dollars was missing from our account. I went in only to hear the same thing. Sorry we can't help you, our system is down. When does their system actually work? There are many other problems that would take up much more space but I will simply state that I would not recommend this credit union to anyone.

  I’ve been with this credit union for 6 years and have gotten car loans with them payed them off faster and on time. I’ve asked for another one and they told me to pay one of my accounts off and auto loan so I could get approved for the loan. So I did but now that I went back they said they don’t want to loan me the loan even though I make more income to. Look for a better Credi Union that isn’t full of liars.

  UCCU is our go to credit union. We’ve been with them for over 20 years. Always friendly, courteous and helpful. The north branch in Orem is my favorite location.

  If you have an account with them you have to keep an eye on your account, as they gave me an overdraft fee during the night right before my paycheck so I wouldn’t notice (they don’t show the fee after you pay it back). Customer service was poor too. I ended up closing my account and will not be coming back.

  Had a great experience Moroni was very informative a did everything asked within a timely manner and even helped when things needed to change always great service at UCCU

  worst credit union to get a loan/credit I recommend mountain America, alpine , American first . I applied with them and it so simple. Uccu always has so many excuses. No customer loyalty glad I don’t bank with them no more.
