      I have never had better customer service in a bank before! Taylor and Jen went out of there way to help me - despite being so close to closing time! I am so excited that I joined a bank with such great employees! Thank you Taylor and Jen for your customer service, assistance, and patience!

      Have had an unresolved issue for over a month now. This should never have been a problem in the first place, but SEFCU refuses to address it. I've had this bank for years now, and they have been nothing but terrible. Avoid at all costs.

      I never use the drive thru so I can’t comment on the wait, but I’ve been happy with SEFCU for over 30 years. Always great loan rates and friendly fast service. I’ve financed many vehicles and 2 homes through SEFCU.

      Great bank, wonderful associates, due to de pandemic there will be a period of waiting time.. but never the less.. they work with you... Best bank I ever deal with..

      It takes longer going thru the drive thru than it would going inside the building! Word of advise go inside so you don’t have to waist 30 min in the drive thru. No reason it should take 15 min per customer!

      This place is a joke. My husband worked hard all week in the heat to make money to take care of his family and this place put his money in someone else's account. We got our 3 children all excited about going to the fireworks today and now they can't even eat. We went to the grocery store last night had a cart full of food and our card was declined. Looked at the receipt from the bank its not even my husband account the money was put in. We were so embarrassed and had to count change to feed our kids last night. We have tried all night to get ahold of someone but have had no luck now with today being the fourth of july I don't see us having any luck today either and now we have to worry about how to feed our 3 children when they should be having the best day ever at the fireworks like everyone else celebrating the holiday but we are stuck home to starve because the money my husband worked hard for all week this bank just handed to someone else, we don't even have enough money to get gas to leave the house and now I get to watch my children cry and be upset all day on what should be a happy day. You didn't just make a mistake you ruined the fourth of july for 3 very beautiful and deserving kids who can't even eat now because you hire people who can't do their job right.

      The staff kept talking amongst themselves, did not even greet me or initiate any sort of conversation with me... they also put a hold on my certified check that was only $500... plus I had more than enough to cover the amount in my accounts, and I have been a customer here for 10+ years...

      Because they're a state bank, they will close your account and give your money to the state without notice, warning, phone call or permission. They won't help you get it back. And they'll make you feel like it's your fault. It wasn't. SEFCU steals your money, and I will continue to tell everyone how horrible this institution is. Go to CapCom or Sunmark. They'll treat you like a human being.

      Use any other location. This location is terrible. Do not trust that anyone from the manager to the front staff. They do not care about the customers needs. I have not had a single good experience at this particular location. I have been blatantly lied to by the manager and customer service members. I have contacted corporate who have been unsupportive, seems they know there are problems at this location.
