  Kevin Rivers is an excellent salesman. Kevin listened to all of my needs while picking out my new jeep trailhawk. getting the right color was also most important and Kevin made that happen. Everything went very smoothly with all the paperwork, Kevin kept me updated every step of the way. i would recommend Kevin Rivers to all my family and friends.   ZERO STARS... From the time I got my vehicle it’s been nothing but problems with this dealership. I’ve read a lot of good reviews though so maybe they just pick and choose what customers they are loyal and kind to.. In my experience this is ABSOLUTELY the worst place I’ve ever gotten a vehicle from. They don’t return phone calls and could really careless about their customers. I have a pre-owned certified Jeep through them. I got it with about 28,000 miles on it, mind you it has only 32,000 now and it needs a ton of new things shocks, struts, etc. they made the car look nice and then made it somebody else’s problem(s).. The 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee which is what I have, now has numerous recalls that need to be taken care of on top of my ABS and traction control lights came up on the dash and they think it’s some kind of game. Well I have a child and your brakes are something to NEVER mess with or test if you are not 100%. Somebody was supposed to call me for days so I tried calling myself for two days now and finally they transferred me to service and they picked up(shocker) I didn’t have the pleasure to speak with anybody nice. The guy said he couldn’t even look at my car for 2-3 weeks. I even told him don’t worry about the recalls on it for now but I needed those lights figured out and taken care of because it’s my brakes and you CANNOT chance something like that. He just repeated himself again and again. ONE OF THE WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIPS I’VE BEEN TO AND DEALT WITH.

  We started our search at a couple of local dealers and after not having great experiences we decided to search on the internet for exactly what we were looking for. Found one at Lia and contacted the dealership online. Within hours on a Sunday I was contacted by Amanda Logue and she set us up to come in right away. We were traveling over an hour to get there so this step saved a lot of time! Once we arrived Amanda came out to greet us and Introduced us To the salesman Rob Filuta. Rob was very friendly, laid back and professional. Treated us with a lot of respect and had patience with us as we negotiated a deal. The deal was done fairly quickly and painlessly. We would need to come back in a few days to pick up and when we arrived the atmosphere in the dealership was so nice! Brandon in finance was excellent and Rob finished up with us and sent us on our way. We will definetly return to Lia and refer Rob to others we know.

  We worked with Scott and he was very pleasant. Not pushy, which i appreciated very much. Every question I had he found out the answer. The car was in great condition and the dealership was very good about making a deal, the fact that I didnt have to send Scott back a few times was great, he said he would do his best to get me exactly what I was asking for and he did just that. It made for quick dealings. They also worked with me when I had to get a few things from the DMV, very good experience.

  Salesman kept having to go to the finance manager, and then returned with the same exact offer he left with. Low balled my trade (40% less than bluebook trade-in value in good condition) stating it needed tires, and brakes, which was not the case. When I asked for my keys back so I could leave, I was informed that the finance manager had them, and that I needed to speak with him to get them back. I repeatedly informed them that I had no desire to speak with him and just wanted my keys so I could leave, but was told that he would be right out with them. Had to wait over 10 minutes for him to come out, and he quickly became arrogant and confrontational when I told him I had no desire to speak with him, and just wanted to leave. My temper already boiling, I began walking out as to not continue the confrontation. This is when I heard the finance manager say "I hope you get in an accident on your way home with your bald tires". Will never deal with this dealer again in any capacity.

  AC went out on vehicle. Spoke to Amy in Service and she made an appointment for me first thing in the morning. Not only did they get my car in the repairs were 1/2 the price I was quoted from another dealer! Everyone there was super friendly and car was done in a couple of hours.

  The service team at Lia Dodge Ram on Central Ave near Mohawk Commons are great. They are always polite, attentive and helpful. It has never been an uncomfortable experience as you sometimes get elsewhere. They do what they say and they are finished when they say. Keep up the great work guys!

  I test drove cars and SUVs from at least five or six other dealerships while making my decision to purchase. From start to finish, the process of finding and purchasing a vehicle at Lia Chrysler was the most hassle-free experiences I have ever had in auto shopping. Vinny and Gabby were top-notch in service--answering my questions, addressing concerns, and just getting stuff done! The Test Drive. Many of the dealerships I went to had a salesman ride with me. Or they required me to present paystubs and maybe sacrifice a goat in order to let me drive a car I may have wanted. At Lia, Vinny photocopied my ID, tossed me the key, and told me to take it for a spin. Indeed...I did take it for a 30-minute ride. No worries. No salesperson/nanny chattering in my ear about what he thinks of the vehicle. Contemplation. I did A LOT of research on the cars that I drove. The last thing I needed was salespeople pressuring me to close a deal, and I said as much at every dealership I visited. Surprisingly, my warning sometimes went unheeded, and that really turned me off. So I really felt like the Lia Chrysler staff listened to me. All I got were a few texts from Gabby basically saying, "Don't forget about us!" Decision Time. I will confess that this dealership and the SUV I was eyeballing wasn't my first choice, but in retrospect, it definitely should have been. My first choice lowballed my trade-in, wouldn't offer any extra rebates, and inflated the price of the SUV. I really felt disrespected. Grrrrr! The total opposite experience at Lia. Vinny and his team offered me a generous amount for my trade-in, got me all the rebates, and offered me a fair price for the vehicle I wanted...which happened to be in Massachusetts. All of this took about 40 minutes. Amazing. Financing & Finale. I insisted on doing my own financing with my credit union (which wasn't local). Vinny and Gabby worked tirelessly to get that paperwork taken care of. When the day finally came to drive away in my new Jeep Renegade, Vinny did all the work while I admired the Wrangler on the showroom floor. Lia Chrysler. Highly recommend.
