  I have a credit card here. I closed my debit card because their online system for using it doesn’t even update on your account consistently. Meaning you could buy something & then it shows up randomly. I consistently had negative because of how they were taking out NOT in the order of how I was buying & getting paid. They switched over the system they use for automatic withdraws I had paid my credit card 13 months on time for the last 3 months it was taking out of an account I don’t use. Nobody called until after the 3 months the app kept showing it as paid and when I called they would tell me it’s paid each time. They said essentially there was nothing they could do about it’s affect. Yes I still paid the delinquent 3 months but extremely upset over the impact on my credit.

  I tried to cash a check at this CapCom and a bank teller named Ryan treated me with zero empathy and a belitting attitude because I was behind on my account. Will NOT be coming back to this branch. Horrible customer service experience.

  Love love love Capcom! Visited today for some deposits and staff was very friendly and helpful (as always and in all locations!)

  I have been a customer since before Excelsior Credit Union merged with CapCom. I do alll my banking there. I am consistently surprised and gratified by the quality of their care and services. I recommend them without reservation.

  Much better than a traditional bank. Staff is helpful and friendly. No hidden fees!!! Great banking experience. I highly recommend CapCom!!!
