  Melonie and SNMC were amazing! It was our first house purchase, and Melonie helped us with every step of the way, clearly explaining everything and answering every question thoroughly. Nothing was nearly as painful as most people say getting a mortgage is - everything went very smoothly and on time (we were even received final loan approval almost an entire week before closing which our realtor was amazed at!) We also changed our minds about the loan details several times throughout, and Melonie was so nice and took care of them promptly without any complaint. Thank you so much for everything!
