  I can't thank Melonie enough for the amazing job she did on my mortgage. I had a few unforeseen issues that as a first time home buyer I don't know that I could have handled without her help! Things were processed in a timely manner and if I ever had any questions she was there to answer them. Thanks again for helping me get in to my new home!

  Melonie has been wonderful to work with. She was super helpful when we bought our home a year ago and made sure we understood the process and felt comfortable. Once we were eligible to refinance she diligently followed up. She has made refinancing our home so simple and quick. We would absolutely recommend her to family and friends.

  Melonie helped my husband and me do the financing to buy our first house. She was AWESOME! She is thorough and took lots of time to make sure we understood everything that we were doing. She worked to help us lower our costs and find a program that gave us the best benefits. The whole process was smooth and she was very prompt about communication with us. We loved working with her and would absolutely do it again!

  Melonie is Awesome. I was working with Wells Fargo for months trying to do a refinance and was getting no where. She was able to get my refi done in less than 4 weeks with half of the documents that Wells Fargo was asking. Our loan was closed and Wells was still asking for more info, what a joke. I highly recommend Melonie was fast, professional and was able to get us a great rate and a 15 year mortgage instead of 30 to save us even more money. Call her you won't be disappointed.

  I know Melonie professionally - she's someone who displays a high degree of professionalism in what she does for her clients, she genuinely cares both for and about her clients, and she's not going to put them into a position that harms them.   As a first time home buyer we were both very nervous, and very worried that we would be told we couldn't qualify for a home purchase. We had moved from our previous residence because the house sold and in order to keep our dog we were living in an RV park and winter was coming on fast. Our real estate agent introduced us to Melonie Carson. We were both expecting someone who was strictly business, who didn't have time for us or our concerns but we ended up meeting a very special lady. She took the time to get to know us and our current situation. She did more for us than anyone we had ever been involved with. We truly believe she pulled off a miracle! We were able to purchase a wonderful home and property and she made the entire process very easy for us. We even closed almost exactly to the date she initially gave us. I'm sure there are many people who have felt like we did when purchasing a home. Who don't know which way to turn, or where to start. For those who are thinking of buying a home I highly recommend having Melonie on your side. She will make the entire process so simple and straightforward and she will make herself available for any questions.
