  I went in for a cashier's check. Stephen immediately greeted me and asked to help. I'm sure this took about 3 minutes total and I was on my way out with check in hand. No fuss, no delays, no problems, no fees! Quite pleased.

  I am so impressed! There was a little mistake in communication when I was refinancing my car loan. It wasn't much I was out, but it did hurt when things didn't happen as I was told. I let management know what happened so they could work on correcting this issue. They immediately looked into it and got things corrected and made things right. So impressed with them!!!

  Madeline was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond what her associates were willing to do and did it with a smile on her face! Madeline was very nice and friendly, and it's because of people like her that I am happy to bank with Utah's First.

  Your message persons, especially Rebecca, are very quick, thorough and professional in their answers to my little questions. I previously had accounts at larger banks and their customer service was slow and grumpy as opposed to the customer service of UFFCU which is very fast and joyfully bright! Thank you for your accuracy and patience!

  Rebecca was professional, friendly, informative, and aware. We had a negative experience with another institution and she was quick to help clean up a mess not even caused by Utah First. Afterwards she was sharp enough to recognize other potential services and tools that could help our family. None of which we need at the moment, but it’s nice to know that they’re looking out for us. Also Ty at the Sandy branch is one of the best you’ll find. He always makes my family feel first class. Our family has continued to work with Utah First for years in large part because of team players like Ty.

  Definitely ask to work with Addysen Smaellie. She is amazing. She helped us refinance two cars to a lower rate. Addy responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. Great to work with.

  Very pleased with my recent experience with Rebecca A. at the South Jordan branch for a consolidated loan for some watercraft. Quick approval and completion of loan documentation to funding. Excellent communication and all promises kept. I am a customer of a few different banks and CUs and feel that UFCU has consistently given me the best customer experience.
