  Dave is a mortgage magic miracle maker! I’m self employed so getting a mortgage had always been tricky and Dave had now done 4 mortgages for me. He makes the process seem less and I was ready to close ahead of schedule. Honestly I send everyone I know to Dave, he has done mortgages for my friends, my families and my boyfriend. Been doing my mortgage door 15 years now and I’ll never use anyone else! Thanks again Dave!

  Dave was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He was patient with me and I felt more confident buying my first home.   We had tried to refinance 3 other times before we talked to you guys and as soon as we started working with Dave and his team, we were ready to close within two weeks. We dropped our payment significantly, dropped our mortgage insurance and dropped our interest rate a full point. They were fantastic!
