  Jeff Kauffman was great to work with. I had a 30 year loan with a rate just over 4%. Jeff and I discussed my current situation, long term goal with my condo. I submitted the usual required documents, authorized a credit report and Jeff came back with 3 great options. I wanted to get some cash back to replace 2 entry doors. I ended up going with the option that Jeff suggested. I reduced my monthly payment, reduced the term of my loan by a few years and got a little cash back. The best part about working with Jeff is I felt like his years of experience gave me the best possible refi situation possible. Of all the years of owning a home in a different city and the multiple refi’s I completed, no one ever mentioned that I could take up to $2,000 cash back. Extremely happy with the outcome and and couldn’t have been an easier process, thank you Jeff!

  All Western Mortgage was the most disorganized mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. They mismanaged our loan qualification, resulting in two missed closing dates. At the last minute I was ready to take the mortgage to another company. It was only after they resolved their own issues that we were able to proceed to closing. Their most endearing quality is that they begin blaming the title company and even their customer for their own failures. Don't use them if you want to actually close on a home. There are so many other mortgage brokers that provide great service, there is no reason to use a company like All Western.

  Fantastic mortgage company and service! By far the best mortgage experience I've had! Andrew Dort responded to *every* communication I had very quickly (same day) even if my question was minor and he very busy. I felt I always had a connection to Andrew and Brant Phillips. Where I've been treated by other mortgage companies as "Disqualified, unless proven otherwise" I felt the exact opposite with All Western (that is, 'Qualified, unless proven otherwise.')

  My husband and I purchased our first house yesterday. Andrew Hoelzel was our mortgage guy. I can not say enough on how amazing he is. It was a 10 month process and he made it so easy and it flew by fast. Thank you so much Andrew for everything you have done. I will not go any where else and will always recommend Andrew.

  Hands down All Western Mortgage is the best company to work with. Being a first time homebuyer everthing went seamlessly well.   Liz, Was fantastic, she didn't miss anything, we have never had a more pleasant experience getting a mortgage. Everything need by the underwriters or any one else involved in this process, she not only quickly got us the information we needed to do our part, but if we didn't understand exactly what they need she stepped in and helped us understand every aspect of the process.   I had been afraid of doing a refinance because everyone told me what an ordeal it would be. However, Bill was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get my loan done smoothly and without much effort on my part. Renee Coughlin also was wonderful to work with and I probably would never have gotten the refinance done with such efficiency and ease anywhere else. I'm just sorry my loan was sold and I will not have contact with anyone at All Western Mortgage.
