  Jennifer handled our refinance request far in excess of our most optimistic wishes! We applied by phone, she called back within 24 hours with a proposal we couldn't believe.We didn't have to discuss the offer, just said "yes"! The rate was below prevailing rates with surprises we didn't expect!   I had the most enjoyable refi with Jenifer. I had been denied by 3 other lenders due to a bad item on my credit report, not only did Jenifer take on my refi with no problems but she also dealt with the company to which I owed money for the negative credit report item.
