  Steve has proved outstanding service on my past mortgages and refis over the past 10 years. Not only did he get me by far the best rate of anywhere else I found but he was incredibly responsive and is such a positive, enjoyable person! He was so patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly with the kind of attentive personal service you rarely see. Steve is the first mortgage broker I have worked with that I felt truly had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend you give him a call given rates are at their all time low right now!

  I dealt with 2 loan officers before I found Steve. Both previous were always late to respond to calls/emails and sometimes they would just not respond. On the other hand, Steve made feel like he had nothing else to do but to take care of me and my loan process. he picked up the phone every single time regardless of the time/day. On a couple of occasions where he didn't answer the phone, he would call back within an hour max! He understands the frustration of that home buyers go through, he takes his time to answer questions. I can't say enough good things about Steve. He's a hard worker, super nice, super friendly and he's just good!! Highly recommended !! Thanks Steve!!

  First time home buyer - Wasn't sure my credit would qualify me but Steve really helped me out. Got me an idea of my price range, Helped me get in touch with a realtor and overall made my experience amazing! I moved in 2013 and I couldn't be more happy. A few months ago he informed me that we could refinance and save more then 100$ a month!! This is simply one of the best Mortgage Brokers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.   My husband and I worked with Steve from Seattle Mortgage Brokers when we bought our first house a little over a month ago. We couldn't have had a better home buying experience. Our financial situation is tricky seeing as we've both been private contractors at some point of the past couple years. Steve was professional, incredibly knowledgable, very responsive and worked with us to understand our situation, respect our goals and he explained every step of the process. We truly felt we were in good hands. I highly recommend working with these guys. Buying a home is stressful and scary! It's people like Steve who make the process easier- he did all the heavy lifting and helped us move from the 'OH MAN THAT'S ALL OF OUR MONEY' phase to feeling really excited about being home owners. We have our dream home for now, but we'll be more than happy to work with Steve and Seattle Mortgage Brokers again if and when we outgrow our amazing new townhouse.

We had been pre-approved from our bank and when my mother told me about how she took her offer to you, and you beat the same banks offer, I had to give you a call. Turns out the deal was better when Seattle Mortgage Brokers Brokered it! Saved Lots Of Money and Steve was a wonderful person to work with. I have told all my friends and family about you and how you worked so hard above and beyond to get my loan closed, even with my bank statement issue =) You simple have to make these guys your First option! I highly recommend them and there services!

  Awesome experience with these guys! It was my first home loan and Steve made it a very easy process. I've heard horror stories about home loans, but Steve was right there to answer all my questions. From what people have told me, the no-cost loan I got was a great deal. I saved a lot of money by not going to my bank.

  I found Joe on Yelp after my first lender could not close on time. I had a special immigration related scenario that required consultation with underwriting. He gave me an answer within 4 hours regarding whether he can go ahead with my application. If it was not for Joe, I was thinking about going with a lender which was offering me 5 1/2 ARM at 4.75% because of my immigration status. Joe was able to offer me a conventional 30 year fixed. We were working on a very tight deadline but for Joe, it was no big deal. He is on top of things and keeps you posted on a regular basis. I will definitely recommend him to everyone.
