      Made appointment to set up an account, they made address verification a pain so I had to go home and dig in the trash to get old mail. Then Paola Pena, messed up setting my account up. She didn't do the online banking agreement so I had to sit on hold with customer service for 40 minutes to get them to unlock mobile banking. Then she didn't put my middle name which froze up the money transfer causing me to waste another hour and a half getting it fixed. Zelle wouldn't let me sign up, had to wait to talk to technical support who unlocked it, but then payments wouldn't even go through. Big thumbs down, find a different financial institution.

      I gave them two stars because even though they look very friendly walking in with what familiar faces they already know but they will not show any welcoming or general information when first walking in like the rest of the becu branches have done when I visited other locations. I've been with becu for years now and when I first walked in all the way until I walked out not a single employee acknowledged my presence as I patiently waited at the front because there was no line when I came into there location. You could tell because I just got done at the gym and had basketball shoes, shorts, and a sweatshirt on that they chose to profile me right off the bat and chose to ignore my presence at there location. It was a very bad experience for someone who has had a relationship with becu for years and a newer branch chose to treat me the way they did. Never going back again.

      This location has far been the worst my girlfriend has had to go back 4 different times now to fill out paper work for her car Payments and she keeps getting a late few each time and has gone back each time to fix it and still they haven’t and have been no help I’d recommend not coming to this location ever

      Not enough employees to handle the volume of customers. The employees that were engaged with clients were chit chatting and making no attempt to move business along. Thankfully I don't live near this branch.

      Katie B. at this branch has been amazing! I have had some stressful financial twists and turns over the last few years and she has helped me navigate them all with patience, kindness and superior knowledge of BECUs products. I will never bank anywhere else.

      Worst bank ever. Card only worked twice in a ten country tour and other Americans with others Banks had no problems. I finally had to write myself money. Again, it's the worst bank imaginable

      Such wonderful service! Jennifer B helped me. My card had gotten used online without me using it. I walked in and out with a new card in 15 min. Amazing

      Stellar service, pleasant and helpful people, but no tellers. You cannot deposit cash or checks, except at the kiosk. Everything else financial is full-service.
