  Sean was great to work with. Super informative and transparent from the start. He helped guide us in preparing to get the best rate possible and then shepherded us smoothly all the way to our closing date. A week before closing my wife ended up gaining access to a well below market rate through her work; one that we couldn't in good conscious pass up. We felt terrible, but Sean handled it as a consummate professional. He helped us evaluate the other loan docs to make sure it was a legitimate offering and then even helped us move our appraisal over; so we didn't have to pay for or wait for another one. He's a genuinely first class person and the first person we will call the next time we're looking for a mortgage.

  Working with planet home lending was great. Everyone was quick to communicate and answer our questions, and they were able to finalize our loan on a relatively short turnaround with a major holiday in the middle. Sean was super helpful. He ran numbers quickly anytime I reached out wanting to see how the figures world changed based on different terms. He never rushed us or pushed on anything. Took his time to make sure we understood every aspect.
