  We worked with Cassie and Sean for our refi and they made it so easy! Everything was taken care of quickly and they are great communicators. Signing things electronically was really handy and saved time. The notary even came to our house to sign closing documents (loved that). We are really happy with how this process went and will definitely use this team again in the future if the need arises.

  I can not say enough about Sean and his team!! We have worked with them on two separate occasions. One was when we were buying a home and the second was recently when we refinanced our home. In both instances, the transactions were flawless and so incredibly smooth! They do everything in their abilities to ensure you get taken care of and get the absolute best service around. I hear horror stories from other people about going through the home buying and refinancing process and I can 100% say these guys are the exact opposite!! If you are thinking of buying a home, not sure if you can qualify, wanting advice, looking to refi, whatever it may be, these guys are THE BEST!! Hands down.   Sean and the team worked quickly, gave me a wealth of information at the beginning of the process and answered all of my questions quickly. They handled my original mortgage and this refinance. I had inquired earlier about a refinance and they explained why it was not the best idea for me.
