  Tim and his team were the best partners we could ask for through our first home-buying experience. Tim was very knowledgable and educated us (the dashboard he makes is amazing!) so that we could make very informed decisions. He worked within our unique financial situation to make sure we felt comfortable and also found some great lesser-known routes we could take to place us in the best position possible. From first meeting to the final call, Tim and his team made us feel confident and secure as we moved forward with purchasing our first property. I highly recommend them and will definitely be working with Tim and his team whenever I can in the future.

  Going into the house buying market I was extremely anxious and didn't have any knowledge of the process at all. Though the current market meant getting outbid on every offer we were attempting to put in- Tim was right there to answer all of my endless questions and create as strong an offer as possible every single time. Every time I had a difficult question or needed some help, Tim would answer promptly and even setup a call+screen share to go over our options together. Not only is Tim and his team knowledgeable- they work fast! All in all, my house buying experience was very pleasant which was not at ALL what I was expecting. I can't speak more highly of Tim and his team!

  Tim and his team were incredible. My husband and I knew very little about the mortgage/closing process, and Tim not only walked us through the entire time, but he was also instrumental in our winning the bid on our house - and we were outbid by 50 Grand. He knew we really wanted the house and he went out of his way to do what he could to make that happen. That's not something Nancy or Humphrey at the bank would do for you. They might offer you a free peppermint, but that would still probably be more for their own benefit than for yours. Tim's team also worked hard to close in under 30 days so we could get out of our rental before the end of the month. That saved us thousands. Above all, Tim is a genuine and caring guy - and he's in the MONEY LENDING BUSINESS!!! He went into it because he couldn't stand that the only way so many people could get a house was to work with trolls! In summary, need a loan? Tim's your guy.

  Tim Humphrey and his team at North Pacific Mortgage were absolutely amazing. Tim was helpful and had open communication with me, always responding quickly to any questions I had about the process. He also went to bat for me when the appraiser took longer than he had promised getting, even getting me money back. Tim got me two months of payments saved as well. Overall I feel very grateful to Tim and the team at NPM for making the refinance process so easy and stress free. I highly recommend them!

  What can I say about Tim Humphrey? I was referred to him by a real estate agent to discuss our options on either selling and purchasing a new home or remodeling our current home. Tim was beyond helpful, taking us through MANY scenarios and answering our unending questions to find the option that best suited our financial goals. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and delightful. Plus, the entire process was done remotely. I wish everyone in the service industry had his level of service.   I recently enlisted the help of Tim with my home purchase and I could not be happier with my decision. This was the second time that I've purchased a home and first time that I used an in-state, local mortgage agent. (First time was through an online brokerage that advertised rock bottom rates) Having a person like Tim on my side made the experience this time, night and day. The first time, I had difficulty getting a hold of anyone over the phone, let alone trying to get them to respond back to me in a timely manner. It makes a big difference especially in the current market when homes are going pending in less than a day. (There were times when the listing agent wanted to speak with Tim about our financing). Tim was able to work with my buying agent, and the listing agent to help make timely, competitive offers based on my financial profile. At the time of closing, my own agent said he was one of the best mortgage agents she had worked with in her career. It was also helpful to have him be local as he could specifically speak to which areas were appraising and which were not. He also made the process painless by taking the time to explain all the the different ways of financing the home and all the legal jargon that is involved in taking out a loan. If you're looking for someone who is attentive, detail oriented, and client focused, Tim is your guy.

  Tim was so easy to work with during our home refinance. He was prompt answering ALL of our questions (and we had a lot) and he answered them in an understandable way. He was super quick to reply to our emails and was on top of giving us status updates through the entire process. We feel like we got a much better refinance deal because we went with Tim. He showed us multiple options for how to get the best rate and pay the least amount in interest for our loan. Ultimately it was up to us and he provided all the info we needed to make a confident decision. We are so glad we went with Tim for our refinance. Would highly recommend him to everyone looking for a fabulous experience.
