  July 2021 update: Husband was contacted with no real revise he was supposeto be contactedagainthe further resolve. Never happened! Late payments were removed from credit report thats it. We have been constantly been on time for around 3 years or more,they have received every payment due. So recently we found out when purchasing a vehicle they still show it as a charge off on my husband's credit!! Yet we continue to make payments on time ! Its very irritating that we have worked hard to fix our credit and pay all creditors on time and find out Medallion still shows a charge off and no one ever contacted us to fix it . Fixing the payments that show late on our credit that wasn't was a plus but not the fix that should have happened. If you consider using them keep watch if you run into difficult times and also I will also include again no one with them were ever rude or hateful in any way . Its the higher ranks not doing what they should. I will remove this review and add a better one once they ever fix this issue. KEEP ON KEEPING ON , DONT GIVE UP LADIES AND GENTLEMEN its all we can do. Update: my husband has been contacted by a representative from Medallion & they are trying to help somewhat fix this . Thank you 🙏 I would also like to add that no one from Medallion has ever been unkind. There are just things on a credit report that shouldn't be . Fingers crossed that this will all be completely fixed with them reaching out. So appreciated. Bad times ! So in 2016 I had 3 surgeries. We got behind on several things RV being one . We eventually caught up on payments. Have been on time for 2 years . Recently discovered they have it listed as a charge off /repo even though we are on time & have been ! We are stuck & they are screwing us over. Their legal team refuses to remove it. We work on the road and we can hardly finance any because of this not sure its legal Just be aware of considering them if you ever have any financial difficulties they will apparently make it worse in the long term

  Erie construction created a loan through Medallion Bank for the roof. The project was finished the week of Christmas in 2019 and I have yet to receive any loan information to start making payments. The loan accrues daily interest, yet no payments can be made because they are slow to deliver paperwork. They didn't even verify information until mid-January, you can't make payments online, and it didn't sound like they take payments over the phone. The bank is archaic and charges astronomical interest rates. Can't wait to pay it off. 2 stars because their phone lines are open late--the only convenient part about this bank.

  Honestly I'm not sure how anyone could rate this company well. They will promise you help forget they promised it, harass you with calls, and then hit you with every fee they can find. We called prior to our payment being due and their computers were down. Said they would input the information the next day. They finally call nearly a week later to inform us that it was never put in and somehow that its our fault. We have now been on a month of stressful phone calls trying to get their error resolved. Most companies offered some form of help for COVID-19 but this one only seemed to offer the help to get more money out of your pockets and stress you out every day of your life. I will be so happy once we refinance this loan to another company.

  Medallion is AWESOME! We've known them forever, and they have never disappointed. Synchrony recently approved a deal for $,7000.00 but we needed $32,500.00 So we sent it to Medallion who approved the customer for the full amount. Their app BANGS!

The staff at Medallion Bank makes all the difference in the world! If anyone ever asks me a question about a subprime deal, I always tell them to call Aubree!
