  I do not give out 5 stars very easily, but hands down North Pacific Mortgage deserves a 5 star review! Working with Phil, Denae, and their team was seamless. I cannot encourage someone enough to choose North Pacific Mortgage to work with. My wife and I refinanced through them and found it very simple as Denae and Phil patiently worked with us (especially because we weren't entirely sure what the refinancing process looked like). They are honest and work with integrity. Choose this company to work with. To be honest, when explaining the process we went through to friends, they were envious of how easy it was.

  I can not say enough about North Pacific Mortgage!! We have worked with them on two separate occasions. One was when we were buying a home and the second was recently when we refinanced our home. In both instances, the transactions were flawless and so incredibly smooth! They do everything in their abilities to ensure you get taken care of and get the absolute best service around. I hear horror stories from other people about going through the home buying and refinancing process and I can 100% say these guys are the exact opposite!! If you are thinking of buying a home, not sure if you can qualify, wanting advice, looking to refi, whatever it may be, these guys are THE BEST!! Hands down. I will be forever grateful for them and happy to be a reference if ever needed. Thank you all from our entire family!!

  I am a real estate broker with John L Scott, and this has been the best mortgage company I've worked with. They always take great care of my clients, and offer them competitive rates. They have never needed extensions and have always given me very clear and accurate expectations. I've had clients with tough loan profiles who have been denied by other good lending companies. I suggested they try North Pacific Mortgage before giving up, and they were able to get approved no problem and were well taken care of the whole time. I've worked with many lenders over the years, and these guys are by far my favorite to work with!

  We have used North Pacific Mortgage for our last two homes, and couldn't have been happier both times!! Both Phil and Denae have been beyond amazing to work with. I am a working mom with two young kiddos, so this whole process would would have been so much harder for me if Denae hadn't been available morning, noon and night! They are knowledgable, kind, competitive, thorough ... the list goes on and on! Another perk is, over the past 6+ years I have had their advice at my fingertips as the relationship doesn't end after the closing date. I HIGHLY recommend North Pacific Mortgage!

  I worked with Josiah on my home loan and it was a pretty easy process! He made sure instructions were always clear, and as a first time home buyer, he was really patient with me when I had a million questions. He happily put together quote after quote for me every time I changed my mind and the quotes were always pretty quick to arrive in my email. He gave several possible scenarios for each home I looked at to see how I could save money on the monthly payments or save money on the down payment. He did a good job of taking care of my husband and I in one of the biggest decisions of our lives.

  Sean and his team are pretty incredible. Anytime that I have questions about my mortgage or investment properties I am looking at, he doesn't hesitate to help me out. He goes out of his way to ensure I am getting the highest quality service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my mortgage needs.

  I worked with Sean and Chris on our Refi, and I cannot recommend North Pacific Mortgsge enough! Quick and thorough communication throughout the refi process, knowledgeable and customer service oriented partners, quick turnaround between pre approval, appraisal, escrow, etc. anytime we had a question, Sean or Chris responded efficiently and with direction, knowledge or answers to our questions. I’ve purchased or refi’d many homes the last 15 years and this was easily the most efficient and expedient transaction.

  Be VERY CAUTIOUS when providing any info to this organization. I inquired about mortgage loan rates as a first time home buyer, and after providing my information, found out they pulled both mine and my partner's full credit history within 30 minutes of my inquiry. I understand this needs to happen eventually for a mortgage, but it was made clear that I was only looking for estimated rates based on my already known credit score and additional information. Quite an unprofessional experience. APPROACH WITH CAUTION! When I called back to share why I wouldn't be working with them, the person I was working with started interrupting and arguing with me about why it was acceptable that he pulled my info. My recommendation: confirm with the business that you are for sure going to use them as a broker before you let them pull your credit.
