  Thanks exclusively to this lender our closing date was pushed back so many times that it fell into the window of covid and we had our home, that we were 100% approved to close on and were supposed to receive keys for...TAKEN from us via phone call less than 48 hours before we were going to move in. If we had moved in on 3/17 like we were supposed to, we would have been protected by the CARE act. But thanks to an employee’s (Seamus’) “ski trip” (even though we took the time to prepare and send multiple sensitive documents MORE than twice) and a complete switch to another loan officer (who when we lost our house told us, “everything happens for a reason”) delaying and restarting the process, basically due to reasons without a doubt out of our control...we couldn’t close. Lost thousands and extra hundreds on the POD we had to move with. I could not be more angry if I tried about this. I hope no one goes through this company if they want what’s best for them and their family. Thank you for wasting our time, trust, energy, money, and hope!!!!! I hope it feels good for you and you sleep well.
