  I think everyone is extremely nice at the branches I have been too. I do not have an account with them but I do cash my paycheck there. The problem I have is the 8 dollar charge they charge me. I know it is the policy I just don't like it. I try to avoid cashing my check there as much as I can. 8bucks is alot to me .

  I love supporting local banks and businesses in general. Unfortunately, the staff at this branch was beyond rude and inpatient when I wanted information about their accounts. This was my second try at this branch and they definitely don’t act like they want my business. So therefor they will not get it.

  Horrible Customer Service! The Worst Supervisor Ever he was very Nonchalant About My Situation Due To The Fact I Was Sitting In Line For 30 Mins, They Kept Telling Me To Hold On, I Was The Only Car In Drive Thru , But Yet A White Man Pulls Up 15 Mins After Me In Get Taken Care Of Right Way, Then On Top Of That Everytime I Come To Secoast Bank It’s Always A Issue They Never Read My Withdrawal Slip Always Short Me! But It’s Always A Issue! I Definitely Think It’s A Race Issue!!! Definitely Because I’m Black I Can’t Get Good Customer Service Nothing Is Ever Right!!

  I am an ATM user and their ATM is down almost as much is it’s up I do not recommend this bank for that reason and when I call I feel like a child getting handed a pacifier
