  My husband and I have been through quite a few mortgage transactions over the years, but we have never found a more responsive mortgage broker who was happy to give status updates, answer questions and keep in constant communication. This has been a difficult year with all of the market tumult but Emmett met the challenges daily without complaint. He was able to get us a great rate, make use of his resources to get us closed even while we were traveling out of town, and we are very happy with the final outcome. Highly recommend Emmett Dempsey and Treasure Coast Mortgage!!

First to purchase our house and next to reduce/refinance from a 30 year mortgage to a 15 Year with an amazing rate. Emmett sets himself apart from his competition by his quick response, knowledge and use of technology to help explain mortgages. I loved the short videos Emmett would send to go over all my options.   Emmett helped me to refinance from a 30 to 15 year mortgage. What sets Emmett apart is that he is super responsive. I never had to wait more than a few hours for him to respond to a text or email with questions that I had. The other strength of Emmett is his ability to teach and explain the process. When you only buy or refinance a house every 10 to 15 to 20 years the process can be daunting. Emmett explains the process in a way that helps you understand what is taking place without making you feel like you're wasting his time or bothering him. If you're looking for a refinance then Emmett is your guy!
