  Purchased at least 10 homes in my lifetime. Thanks to Carol this was the best experience with a Mortgage Company from the first phone conversation to the closing. Up to this experience it was all ways something at the end and I braced myself for it but it never happened. Went very smooth. But if you work with Carol you can see why. Her attention to detail and the way she takes pride in her work resulted with no hiccups. Thanks again Carol and Gateway Mortgage for making a situation that could be very stressful very easy.

  If I could give more than 5 stars to Carol Dols at Gateway Mortgage, I absolutely would!!! I have used her for many transactions now and can not say enough to praise her work.   Carol dols is a hard working and dedicated lender whose expertise and commitment is far and few. I have closed many deals with her as a realtor and she has never let me down once, her ability to work with my clients and walk them through the process from contract to close is phenomenal. Carol not only sends your clients a video explaining the whole process step by step but she also sits down with them and explains any issues they have and how to resolve them.
