The lady Maria really doesn’t know anything and Theo never calls anyone back but knows how to submit my information without all of the information. Glad I knew what I was getting myself into before closed with them. If I could give them no stars I would. Worst place and no one is professional at all. They need more training.

Jasmine Rivera1The person answering the phone was so rude in less than 30 seconds that I decided to just not bring my business here. I’m a Army Veteran, I can handle brash but this woman was outright rude! Just a suggestion for your reception…let the client finish their sentence before you cut them off. All I said was “ Hi, I got a call….” The receptionist cut me off mid sentence” what’s your name…what’s your name?” Nice 👍

Holly the branch manager has gone over and beyond to help me with my account and has done an exceptional job this is the best loan experience I ever had they are up front with you and don’t hide anything. Mary Ann is also in the Port St. Lucie branch and is such a wonderful person to speak with she will do her best to help you and if she can’t get you an answer she will do whatever it takes to get an answer. I wish I could give 100 stars because they all deserve it. Everyone in that branch is wonderful and I will refer everyone to them.

Caleb Ball1I am Deaf. I applied the loan for my elderly cousin, Patricia who is also Deaf, who need helps with loan process. The company called me and informed me that her loan was approved and asked us to come over. I told Patricia about it and we went over there at Saint Lucie West branch. It was our worst experience than our previously loan companies. They told me that one of her income source is not verified and demanded us to prove that income source’s continuity. So I had to make another trip to home and back. She is permanently and totally disabled due to work-related injury to her spinal cord. The lady got moody on me, became stern and demanded me to co-sign. I became uncomfortable with that company. So I told her to hold it on and make an appointment for next day because I am tired of making too many trips. So we made another appointment. Next day, we were not able to go to that appointment because my car broke down. Next thing I know, DCF (Department of Children and Families) came to our house and informed me that there is a report of elderly abuse. I read the report and was shocked. The lady labeled my cousin as a mental illness woman. She is not mental illness! It is very offensive to Deaf community to call us something horrible like that! I told DCF that the whole report was not true and I explained to them about her health issues that caused her not able to take too much stresses. Even worse, the company blamed me for exploitation and said that I claimed to be her cousin. I will never do that to my own family! Don’t you dare to say something like that to Deaf people! I was very shocked about it and I decided to give it the lowest star it can get!!! I am thinking about suing them for defamation...
