  No help for fraud on my account. On hold 90 min and still no answer. Fraud claim won't be processed for 10 business days. Lesson learned I will find another bank. I recommend you do the same if you want any customer service at all.

  So far my experience with this credit union has been good. Customer service has been consistent. I had minor issues with some charges against my account without my knowledge that were corrected. The issue I had was a fee for returned mail, yes you read that correctly. I have homes here and in CA and occasionally I will temporarily forward my mail. The mail was not forwarded and the credit union charged my account $5 for returned mail. This $5 charge resulted in my balance being below the minimum to avoid monthly bank charges. Three months later when I came back to Florida, I went into the branch to make a deposit and was made aware that my account had fees taken out. The manager rectified the charges and suggested electronic communications which I have opted for. Hidden (aka unexpected) fees are evil and a good bank shouldn’t have them. This fee should be abolished from their fee schedule, it’s far reaching and ridiculous.

  Told me as a 1st time car buyer id get 7.5% interest rate after i could show them 1 yr of employment...so after banking with them a year they offered me 12.5%...

  The number on here is incorrect. Its send you to park and recs for the county. I have never had a financial institution be completely impassable to contact.

  They make you jump through so many hoops to get that money they promise you when you first open an account. And then you still don't get. And thier conference room doesn't have wifi. We closed our accounts.
