  My family of 7 enjoyed our magical New Year’s Eve trip to Kure Beach, this past week. We booked an ocean front property through Sea Coast Rentals, and we can’t say enough about how easy they made everything for us. We stayed 6 days, and arrived with everything sparkling clean after a 10 hour drive, which was nice. They had clean and sanitized linens and all basic essentials and were very clear about what we needed to bring (which wasn’t a lot!). Brittany was especially helpful in providing local recommendations and even had a link with a coupon for grocery delivery which, again, made things so much easier after a 10 hour drive not having to run out to the store. Everything was contactless and they were super responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be booking through them again !

  We have stayed at the Sandstep 616-1 in Carolina Beach for 2 years in a row now and will continue to come yearly. The property is so clean and spacious. The kids loved having a pool to take a break from the beach. Seacoast rentals gave great instructions on check in and check out. We have been very pleased every year we come.

  I had that best Stay at Belle Vita at Carolina Beach from 09/12/21- 09/19/21. The condo was so warm and cozy and I felt right at home (I did not want to leave!) The place is to perfection and I would stay there 100 times again. Kudos to the owner for keeping the place top notch condition. My way stay was seamless with the help of the Sea Coastal rental. Thanks Sharon and team you ladies made my stay from start to finish so easy and extremely helpful. The place is so beautiful and serene with breath taking sea views and surrounded by entertainment and restaurants during my stay. So thanks again for a lovely time at Belle Vita my new favorite place to stay upon availability. DAC

  Staff at Sea Coast Rentals all very helpful and professional. Ocean front rental property a gem, clean with awesome view. Would not hesitate to enjoy again. Couldn't have been a more memorable get together with dear highschool friends !

  Fantastic location and fantastic service from sea coast. The only suggestion is some updates to the mattress in the yellow room, and just in general around the home. Great stay overall!

  We just returned from our vacation in Carolina Beach at Cabana suites 404.Whoever owns this condo, we would pay big compliments for keeping it in top shape.Looks like it was just renovated recently.The condo itself is very spacious,very modern.Everything is simple but elegant,furniture,pictures.Kitchen is complete with all sizes of pots and pans,utensils.Very clean.I should admit it was the cleanest place we stayed.The area is great with varieties of small cafes and bars.A lot of entertainment around.Fireworks we watched from our balcony,just right there.Sea Coast rentals was great to work with,perfect communication.We really enjoyed it and highly recommend for families with any needs.Just if you have a dog coming with you,please,read the rules before you decide if this is for you and your pet.Otherwise-perfect place

  Peter always returned my calls or emails right away. He was professional and pleasant to work with. I give the customer service 5 stars. The property where we stayed at was awesome. I am ready to go back. I would stay at the same unit again and if it wasn't available I would have Peter find us another.
