  My member service representative Juwariah Osman helped me Finance my car loan today at the Santa Ana Branch. I went from a 9 percent loan to 2.3 percent loan with her help and awesome support. I had such a great experience. She was pleasant, professional, and had excellent communication skills.

  They allow SCAMS TO HAPPEN MAKE the victim jump through hoops to get help but I don't understand how I have my ebt card and they were allowed to get into my account ... hum crazy

  Very helpful bunch. Fortunate to find this CU to finance my collectible car which was being charged higher ROI at other places. Will always recommend doing business with them. The kind folks at SFCU were nice enough to wait when I had trouble registrating my out of state car. Cannot thank enough.

  This is the only place to do your banking!!! I have moved several times around the country and still have my banking in this location. Efficient, professional and expedient in all transactions. Easiest place in the world to do banking of any kind. We have financed homes, cars trucks and motor homes long distance flawlessly, timely and accurately. A member for over 30 yrs.

  Banking with Schools First for about 30 years now. Never have I had any problem. Definitely by far the best bank I have had and would not trade for anything. Customer service is exceptional. Would definitely recommend! =)

  Great credit union. I’ve been a member since 1994. Their new car loan rates are the best around - mine is 1.5% APY. I’ve maintained my membership with them even after I’ve moved to Northern California in 1997. There’s no charge for ATM transactions on other credit union ATMs. I’ve never considered switching to another bank. Very satisfied member.

  I've been with this credit union since circa 1989, they are frickin' awesome on so many accounts. Their customer service is incredible and their loan rates are ridiculously low. They are really for the people, not profit, the complete opposite of a bank. Thank you!

  Been with this bank since i was 13 and it has been the best 14 years. All other banks try to get me to move with them but i never do cuz their wait time is sooo long and they are never fully staffed. Plus they have a bunch of ridiculous fees for money thats suppose to be yours. Never ever will i change. This bank always makes sure that all their customers needs and demands are met. Love you guys.
