  I always get my taxes here! They are great I always go with Katie! She’s super welcoming and knowledgeable. She definitely knows what shes doing. She always makes it easy for me to understand, and answers any questions I have! I definitely recommend:)

  Maribel on the Santa Ana locations was amazing!!!! It’s my second year going to her. She makes sure she answers all my questions and is the nicest tax professional I’ve been too. She’s been able to get me the most money back. Definitely recommend her.

  Great fast reliable service, and the staff pays very close attention to you and your tax files. Overall I've been coming here for 5 years and am very happy with the results. I recommend liberty tax to anyone who wants to file free of hassle

  Very Bad Customer Service they don’t greet or acknowledge you when you walk in the door they just look up and continue working. I asked if my file was done. I had to wait to see if all was completed properly then they had to make copies handed me my file did not offer to go over anything with me stated I would get back one amount when I looked at the file I asked why the difference in the amount the girl at the desk stated that the took my portion the 150.00 out of my refund I told her they should have informed me. Go over the taxes,refunds and monies owed very unprofessional just to hand a file over to someone with out explanations…………..

  Just got $50 for filling my taxes and there was no waiting Time the tax prep was very knowledgeable and very nice. Totally recommending this place Main St and 20th in front of Bowers Museum. Come to this office is the best one so far.

  I was looking for a Liberty Tax Office to be open and went to almost all liberty tax offices in Santa Ana but all of them tend to close after tax season and open back again until next tax season and came across to this one and according to Katie they are Open Year round so this a great place to file your taxes because you will have that support years round if needed. Katie say they are open after tax season from 11am -6pm so that's great so I totally recommend this Place and besides that Katie is Amazing she is very knowledgeable.
