  Can you really trust a company that uses deception in their marketing practices? I despise companies like this one that uses fake checks to get you to open their spam marketing letters.

  I received an offer in the mail and applied online. The application process was very quick and easy. A representative reach out right away and explained how the process worked. They got an approval for me quickly and were able to save me a ton of money. I was in a bad position due to the pandemic and they really saved me.   Applying online was easy and someone reached out to me very quickly. However, being in opposite time zones, I did not see it until the next morning. From that point on, it has been phone tag with me leaving multiple messages. We have still not connected. No one returns my messages. If this is an example of their customer service, then I am staying a long ways away!!!! After posting this I received a phone call from David, who was very nice, answered my questions and continued looking into my application. I look forward to his follow up.
