      I've been towed by this company three times now, with exceedingly little information. I cannot get ahold of them, as every time I call the provided number, it disconnects. They apparently do not understand how autopay works, and have messed it up multiple times. I'm getting extremely frustrated, and have no way to get in touch to figure out what the issue is. They haven't called me, and when they used to, it would come up as multiple numbers, none of which are from the same state as their offices (appear as "scam likely," with 702 area codes). This company maintains absolutely 0 professionalism, and causes more issues than provide solutions.

      Veros Credit is a great company. Last month I got fired from my job and was having a hard time making payments. They accommodated me and worked with me. Plus, their customer service was very kind. I cannot thank Veros Credit enough for being so helpful to somebody who got stuck in a bad spot.

      If I could give 0 stars I would horrible company . They closed my account making my crediy score drop when im still making payments . Do not do business with them at all

      I have financed 3 cars in my life from different finance companies and this one here is the worst one yet. I dont recommend you to finance with them. They won't help you in any situation instead they would take advantage to rip you off. I paid off my debt in less time, got my pink slip but still they reported my credit that I own them money. How does that work? Please dont do business with them!.

      Update as of May 23, 2019. I paid off my car May 1st. Was told I could come pick up my title in 15 days. I called at 15 days, just to confirm they received it. Was told I couldn't come pick it up but it had to be mailed, I told the woman that I was told I could, she placed me on hold to ask her supervisor and came back and told me that it takes 15 days for them to request the title and the title should be at the Santa Ana office in a week. So today I call and i'm being told I can't come pick up my title? I ask to speak to the supervisor and she says I can't come pick it up, I told her well then why have I been told that I could? She puts me on hold and asked the title department. Comes back on the line and says that I could come pick it up but it isn't there yet. Then tells me the title isn't a free and clear title that I will have to go to the dmv to get that. I have been having problems with this company from the very beginning and now i'm having trouble getting my title. If it takes 15 days to request the title, why aren't you removed as a lien holder and given the clean title? So are you guys not reporting to the dmv that it's paid off? Why should i have to go report that to the dmv. Worst company ever. Save yourself the time and the headache. Update--- filed a dispute with transunion again in September. Check my credit today and veros credit had been removed from my credit account because they never responded to transunion's request for updated info. So twice in the last three months my credit has gone down because of this account and i have always paid my car note on time since 2016. Do not.... DO NOT... get a loan with them. They'll eventually screw you over. It's just crazy because the last time I called last month and I asked for her to send over the correct information to TransUnion she said that they were in the process of doing that so to hear that they never responded and that's why the account was removed from my report is just wrong. If i pay my bills on time every month, it should not be affecting my credit negatively. And the pictures I posted supporting everything that I had to say about veros credit was removed. Be aware, snakes in the grass!!!!! On my credit report in the payment history section, May and June show as unknown and July, August and September has been left blank. I have called Veros Credit 5 times to ask them to please update my payment information and report it to transunion. I have filed 4 disputes with transunion and the results keep coming back as the information is correct. How is the information correct when I have receipts to prove I have paid all of those months? I made the month of septembers payment on August 29th and they reported my balance as increasing but didn't report my payment, so if my balance didn't decrease and I made a payment, then how could the amount owed increase? The amount owed should be going down. Also, where it says opened and shows March 24, 2016 (2yrs, 5mos), the information in the parentheses should show as (2yrs, 7mos). Please update my information, it isn't fair to hold me accountable for a loan if you can't even be held accountable for relaying my payment information.

      NO STARS!!! Worst finance company ever!! Will not recommend to anyone, if possible stay away. Their customer service is horrible and they do not care about their customers. Also, you would think that they would help people during this crisis but instead repossess someone’s only means of transportation! Have a heart VERO’S insurance.

      Do not ever do business with this company. They are completely rude and arrogant... I never made 1 late payment in almost 4 years and every time I talked to them they treated me with complete disrespect. And when I had my vehicle stolen they treated me as if I as a suspect... If u have a choice... go elsewhere!

      After buying my car I didn’t realize I would be charged another $800 for “insurance” and after showing I have insurance they said I would still have to pay off this 800 over the duration of my loan they said they cover your car for 6 months!! But I had my own insurance!!!!!
