      There is a new system when banking by phone..problem is they've removed many things from the menu. I've tried several times to change my password by phone..and found it impossible. The transfer of funds from my savings(not pass book) to my checking using the same card was" not recognized" I've been transferring this way for years. New system..new problems. Customer service is outstanding but give yourself plenty of time to wait as you can be transferred several times in order to get the personnel that handles "YOUR" needs.
