  Highly recommend! I purchased my house and refinanced with Mortgage Equity Partners. Bob (Robert Relihan) was our loan officer and he helped us through the process. Searching for a home can be so stressful, but Bob helped relieve a lot of our stress by explaining all our options and breaking down the numbers for us. Bob is Very Professional, and answered all our questions by text, call and email. I will definitely be calling him again for when I purchase my next house!

  I found Jim about 10 years ago. My realtor told me he was the BEST! Three loans later and now he's the only mortgage lender I'll use. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable, tackles every obstacle you encounter and fast! Get ready for a quick and smooth closing!

  I recently sold my home in one state and purchased a home in another. I worked with many "professionals" for both transactions but I must say that only Shirene can honestly and accurately hold that title. While being the ultimate professional, she was personable and engaging but remained focused and dedicated to meeting my needs.   I just completed our second refi on our primary residence. Tom Patch and his associates at MEP did a great job getting us a competitive rate at what amounted to no closing costs. What's not to like about that! I recommended them without reservation if you are buying a home or refinancing your existing home.
