  We could not be happier with the experience we had with Salt Creek Mortgage! We came to Salt Creek when our new build was complete and we were ghosted by our Mortgage company. We reached out to Todd one night and the process was started that same night. Todd, Stephanie and the rest of their group were absolutely amazing!! They worked quick and communicated so well with us.   Salt Creek did an amazing job with my loan! I am a 1099 employee and expected a nightmare but Stephanie just killed it and made it so easy for me! I will never use anyone other than Salt Creek again, and I loved that they are a locally owned company. Smooth and very professional from start to finish!

  I quoted 3 different mortgage companies and Salt Creek Mortgage was able to get me the best interest rate as well as come up with a very flexible and creative mortgage plan that works for me. All the other lenders I went through insisted FHA was the only route I could go but Stephanie was amazing and was able to figure out a way I could purchase the home through Convientional. Then when it went through the underwirtting process Carson and Stephanie were both amazing to keep me in the loop all along the way. I will absolutely go through them again 10/10 time for any future refinance or purchase I have. Thank you all so much it was an absolutely pleasure working with you all!!! 😆
