  Jen Jones made it so easy and simple for me to refinance my home.   Nigel Farnsworth and Andrea Jensen at American Pacific Mortgage are such an awesome team! I was able to refinance in 2 weeks with them from the time I got them all the information they needed until the closing! Amazing customer service! Nigel also worked with me to make sure we could lock in the lowest rate possible before we moved forward, and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  The process was quick and simple even with unprecedented interest rates which caused EVERY ONE to be overwhelmed with business. I was impressed with Jen Jones and Kenzie Ray's professionalism. I was at first turned off by everything being done electronically because I am old fashioned and prefer to do business face to face, however because of this stifling pandemic I was very grateful for the ability they had to manage and carry out this process from beginning to end in a matter of a few weeks! I highly recommend !!!!
