  After having dealt with Chase bank for years, making the switch to First Community was the right choice. You can tell waking in that the tellers and other employees enjoy where they work, and it shows in their interactions. Especially teller Brandy. She is always friendly, smiles, and makes sure she has done everything she can to help.

  I love this bank! Most especially I love the personalized service that I received from Porter Jones! He went above and beyond to help me resolve a dispute. He stayed in touch with me, he followed through and he communicated with me at every step. Thank you Porter for being awesome at your job!

  After working with Chase Bank for 26 years, during this uncertain time, I received no help or assistance or guidance to help my business. I called First Community after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I ended up switching banks due to the personal phone calls, timely emails, and genuine concern they had for me and my employees. I had waited 14 days for a return email with my other bank, no answers and no help or guidance. I had all my concerns addressed and handled within 72 hours start to finish. Wonderful customer service, amazing loan officers, bank manager and tellers. I have had a brother, who owns his own business, and a friend, who is a business owner. switch during this time as well and experience the same great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend First Community Bank in Draper.

  Everyone that I have dealt with at First Community Bank has been amazing to work with. From the Tellers to the VP's, they're all competent, friendly and professional. I opened my account with Kirk 18 years ago when I was a nervous entrepreneur, and they have been by my side ever since providing me with loans for equipment and buildings. I highly recommend this bank to anyone who wants excellent customer service and I consider them a part of my team.
