  Salabsky did my taxes for the past two years. Last year I had some difficulty getting them to respond or acknowledge that they had all my forms and were working on my taxes, but they eventually did. This year I received an email about a new website where they wanted the forms uploaded to. I uploaded my forms and sent an email to let them know. No response. A month later I emailed again to check the status, again no response. The third email was letting them know I didn’t want my taxes done by them. Still waiting for a response.....I deleted my files and their phone number.

  My husband and I go here every year to get our taxes done. They are extremely friendly and personable. They get the job done quickly and go above and beyond to make sure you understand how they were done. Pricing is extremely fair and is less than other services used in the past. They also offer other services in order to help you prepare for retirement and create financial security. They also helped my mom after my father passed to get all of the financial issues squared away. This was also done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend utilizing this company to help you with your finances and your future.

  I have been coming here for years, and have not have an experience quite like the one I had this tax season. I dropped my taxes off as soon as tax season started. I called 2 weeks after to make sure that my taxes were received. After multiple phone calls and no response, I was finally told "we should have them." I had to call multiple times a week to speak with someone. I waited 6 entire weeks until I called about the status of my taxes. I was told that I was on a short list and they would be done soon. I called again, and was told my taxes would be done that day. This however was not true. I called and said that I will come pick up my taxes and take them elsewhere to be done. They were then done the next day. I was told that there was confusion with if I was filing jointly with my husband or separate. Let's just note that I clearly checked off the "file jointly" box. There was no confusion and if there was, why did it take me calling 50 times to get an answer. I picked up the taxes and the social was incorrect for my husband (even though I provided the correct number in writing). I had to drive back down and let them know. I was told that it would be changed in the system. 4 days later, I get a phone call that the taxes are bouncing back. BECAUSE the social was STILL incorrect!!!! Terrible experience. I will NOT be going back to get my taxes done here anymore. All I can say is that I am glad we opted for tax insurance, because I know something else will be incorrect. If i could rate this 0 stars, I would.

  Scott has been doing my taxes for years and is always efficient, honest and transparent with the process. He makes you feel very much a part of the process and provides great advice and knowledge on a very complex subject. Highly recommend his services!

  Heard great things about Salabsky's customer service for tax preparation. Was excited to switch to them to save some money. Contacted them on several occasions. Each time my calls went unanswered. No one returned my message requesting a call back. If you can't trust them to return a phone call I'm certainly not going to trust them with my finances. Maybe they're not taking on new clients?

  Amazing experience! fast & priced fairly! Scott is very knowledgeable in his work and helpful with any questions I have. The staff is also very sweet, helpful, and quick to respond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  I filed my taxes in February with Scott and was notified he made a mistake in June. It is now November and Scott will not return my phone call. I don't even know if my state taxes were filed.
