  So disappointed in this company. Not sure what happened with them but, I've been trying to contact them about my title & no response. The person I did the loan with told me that they will have the title for the time of loan/lean. When the loan is paid off I will get my title. I paid off my loan 5+ weeks ago & then was told I would get my title within 10 business days!? Why!? I gave my title up as soon as it was asked from me! I was told I will get it back when I paid the loan off! This is so not fair & extremely inconvenient & totally disappointing! After borrowing & paying back OVER $5GRAND & NOT TO MENTION THE CRAZY INTEREST RATE! (Interest rate is basically exactly the amount u borrowed) & NOW I MAY HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET TO PENDOT TO GET MY TITLE!? AGAIN!? I mean what kind of INCONSIDERATE people do that!? It's not FAIR! I'm not recommending anyone to go there anymore.I wouldn't want this to happen to them. ******update****** As I was writing my review Mariner called me & told me my title was there, in the office, in my file. Hilarious right!? I really don't understand why? I definitely don't understand the concept. I mean the people I dealt with were pretty good overall with their customer service. It's when u pay them off, it's like customer service goes out the window? Like if u don't renew a loan with them they don't have to be as nice anymore? Or professional? But they were ALWAYS on it with the phone calls for their payment tho. NEVER missed a beat with that. 🤔🤭 thank u for helping me on my hard times tho. I can't say it was all bad. I can say never again tho. (I rated 1 * had to give the benefit of the doubt rated 3 *'s)

  The application process was extremely painless. The assistance I needed was processed so quick, that if I was able to get to the office before close of business that same day, I would have had a check in hand. (But work is a priority). The best finance company I have ever had the privilege to work with. Low monthly payments, they report everything to the credit bureaus if you need help raising your credit, insurance on the loan. So if you get hurt, lose employment (I would venture to say they probably don't mean quitting, getting fired for insubordination or something that you caused to happen, but probably like laid off or injured) or should any unforseen incident come up..well..just pick up the phone, don't make up excuses, and the insurance pays off your loan in the event of a true life altering event/unforseen circumstance. They are pleasant people to talk with, have automatic payment options, and even with a low credit score (620) I was able to secure the funds I needed for a medical procedure that price had changed the day before the operation. Truly a blessing, and will most definitely use again, as well as inform friends and family about.

  My experience was exceptional. The customer service rep I dealt with was awesome. He was courteous, helpful and easy to work with. Robert was available through the entire process and I was approved within a few hours.

  I was amazed at the simplicity of getting this loan. Bethlehem office staff is very professional and treat you like you matter. Unlike the Allentown office where they think the customer is just someone to insult and be rude to. If you go to Mariner go to Bethlehem. Great job guys.

  Fast service, very professional and thorough. Got my loan approved fast and easy yesterday. Would recommend to anyone needing funds quickly with very easy process. Great group of people at Mariner Finance. A Mariner Finance Broker also helped me cut my mortgage rate in half in 2020.
