  We had to postpone our loan process since our previous mortgage company said we cant be eligible for it so we missed good rates and prices. Then, I worked with Mr. Saleem and his team after a referral of one of my friends. They're amazing, very nice team, on time and if they tell you something about their process, they'll do it for you for sure. Highly recommend them if you have any problem in your loan process or if you're worried to not get it on time. It's better from the start work with someone professional on your process.

  As a first time homebuyer and a freelancer, I was worried about qualifying for a loan. Saleem is an expert in this business and he clearly eats, sleeps, and breathes home finance. He was recommended to me as someone who always keeps his word and thinks outside the box. My experience went better than I ever could have hoped. I just closed on my home yesterday! I am definitely going to continue to work with Saleem in the future. Not to mention, he's so nice and reassuring! A great person to have in your corner! Thank you for everything Saleem and Team!

  These people are big frauds . They will charge you outrageous amount of money that they will put in their pocket and will pretend that it’s just closing cost. I ended up paying $20k extra that they put in their pocket . Never ever use these people for anything . Saleem and family are nothing but Liars. They will do whatever it takes to rip you off.

  Amazingly responsive and incredibly helpful. Mr. Saleem and Huma answered any questions I have. He has done 2 personal mortgage loans for me and two personal refinances for me. He has also helped multiple friends and family with both mortgage loans and refinancing. I have fired other loan officers and gone to Saleem and it was well worth the switch. I will never use anyone else. Best loan officer out there. I got the best rate which stunned other lenders competing!

  We were extremely pleased with the professional staff at SAI Mortgage. We received immediate follow up to all of our questions, and they were in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. Our closing happened on time without any complications.   This is the WORST mortgage corp. that I've ever seen/heard. There are unprofessional people who work here and don't really know how the loan process will be. They will take too much of your time and kills your patience and also the desires to own a new house with their never ending process. They know how to make false promises and keep you on hold for long time without closing your loan. I've personally wasted my money, time and effort by working with these people who are unethical in their customer management. I feel it's even not worth to write a review for these people but I hope at least the dumb management can see this and also new customers may think twice about them by being aware of this nonsense they did to me. I will never recommend this company to anyone and am not afraid of posting this honest feedback here.

  Saleem Khan is very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and his team is no exception, especially Nadeem. I am a realtor & my buyer’s client loan was complex but they made the approval process fast and easy.
