I had the pleasure of working with Whitley , her customer service was incredible. From the moment I walked in the branch Whitley made sure all my inquiries were attended too in a professional and timely manner. I was absolutely floored by her attentiveness and determination working with me. I also dealt with a teller who worked with the drive through but had time to squeeze me in for my first bank deposit. I cant remember his name but I do remember he was from New York and kept me laughing and smiling my whole experience. I hope the owner or manager see this and gets to feel proud of her employers. Keep up the great customer service, with everything opening back up , we need kindness and warm smiles in each establishment.

      Response from the owner

Marie! We can't express how much this review means to us. We're so, so, so happy to hear that your experience with Whitley and our other branch associates brought a smile to your face <3 ^AJS

I am a customer of this bank for more than 18 years .On April 14th 2022 at 11:40 , I went to the Commerce st Branch and the lady who was working in customer service was very rude and disrespectful, I just had one question but she refused to answer and told me I had to have to made an appointment when I asked her how I could make an app she just turn around and ignored me.

The people in this building are a joke. Don't try to call customer service either. They will tell you that this branch phone hasn't been working for 2 months so they can't correct any issues. I wish I could give them half a star. STAY AWAY

Just visited this location knowing all the bad reviews, I am not surprised with their bad I mean very bad service from the cashier to the customer service rep. I was so mad I have to close my account immediately and on my way to bank of america where customers have value. Oct 29th 2021 11:00 am.

Absolute worst bank in the United States. I had a personal checking as well as a business account only to be disappointed and close my accounts. Your checks will be on hold forever, customer service doesn't know what they're doing, branch atm's are always down, they have given me cashiers checks from someone else's account on multiple occasions only to call back a week later to reverse the transaction. Would give Capital One zero stars if possible.

Many staff there but out of order, unsatisfactory customer service, glitches/bank system is down often. inconsistent communication between the branch store and the customer support via phone. Rude, irresponsible staff and poor time management...

      Response from the owner

Hey Joe - This certainly isn't the sentiment we aim for. You can rest assured that we've doc'd this review as feedback for the right eyes and your voice is heard. ^AJS

This location sucks - atm is always broken. Don't depend on this Branch if you need quick cash. Parking lot is terrible. They should have never closed the Branch on Braddock/Backlick.

      Response from the owner

This definitely isn't the sentiment we aim for here. Closing a branch is never an easy decision and we understand its impact on our customers, so we'll make sure to get this feedback in front of the right eyes.^AS

I am a business customer and have been with capital one for many years. The commerce street branch is by far my favorite. Despite the changes they have always made it very easy to transition. It’s more than going to see my bankers, I feel like I’m seeing family! Every time I go in all of the tellers greet me with a smile and I always feel welcomed and at home. It feels like family.
