  Great lender! We worked with Hans and his team for 2 years as we started our new house hunt before COVID. We finally decided, spec’ed and closed at the end of 202 1. Despite the holidays and restrictions, Hans and his crew went out of their way to close on time. He also had a great relationship with our agent and builder so nothing was missed. He got us the best rate, better than the preferred builders lender. Easiest buying experience yet!

  I was looking for a mortgage before moving from VA to Texas. As recommended by my friend, he was very professional and friendly. I only had to talk on the phone but his quick response and good deals allowed me to get a home loan with him. He stayed together until the day I got the title, explained all the document and helped me from start to finish. I strongly recommend this company!!

  I've worked with Mr. Han & his team once for refinancing my house & once for an investment property. For both mortgages, I felt very comfortable & received explanations easy to understand. Most of all, for both, I believe that I got the best rates which I couldn't get from other mortgage bankers. I will definitely contact S&S Funding for my next purchases.

  I have worked with Hans and his team on several occasions now. They have pleasantly surprised me in exceeding my expectations every single time. They have the knowledge and experience. Hans has provided me with data points and enough information to review available mortgage options and go over the options with me on phone. All of my closings were on time. He has reviewed the closing disclosures, has made adjustments in discussing with title office folks even before it came in to my inbox for final review. I would go back to him for more of my future requirements. I will be happy to refer other friends.

  Not sure why a bad review. I have worked with Hans for 8 years and never had anything except a positive experience. He always looks out for his clients and makes sure the mortgage process ends in a good result for the clients he represents. He is honest and shoots straight giving his clients the opportunity to make good choices based on their particular financial situation. Hans is a geart resource for home loans...just maker sure as a borrower you are responsive and give him all the information requested so your loan makes your selected closing date.
