  I recently refinanced by home with Guaranty Federal Mortgage and I can't say enough about Chris Peck and his staff. Chris was upfront and honest with me about my options and I ended up doing a different kind of loan than I had originally intended thanks to his thorough explanation of all of my options. He ensured that we requested all of my necessary information from the beginning and I was not asked to provide anything additional. He and his staff kept me up to date on the process and I was clear to close in 9 working days. The process was fast and easy and I appreciate all they did for me!

  I would like to thanks everyone at GFM for their quick and painless servicing of our new home loan! Initially we were supposed to close within 21 days which we would not have had an issue doing due to their preparedness and diligence! we ended up pushing the closing date back a few weeks to allow for repairs that were required before we could proceed. Once we were clear and got all of the necessary documents turned in our loan was approved within 3 days!! Everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful, everything was straight forward without any surprises. Thanks again to everyone involved it has been a pleasure!

  Guaranty Federal Mortgage is an excellent company that ensures the utmost customer satisfaction. Seth Hogan was my senior loan officer and he was very compliant and helpful as we talked. There was an altercation with the closing costs in which resulted in faults on both ends. There was miscommunication on Seth's part and failure to pay attention to detail on mine. Fortunately, the owner Chris personally called me and handled the situation. The process was smooth and helpful--- resulting in a great experience. Although there was an issue, the customer service was dependable and responsive, which helped fix the problem. Thank you for a great experience---I highly recommend Guaranty Federal Mortgage.. make sure to ask for Seth.

  What an unexpected find!!! We were in the market for a refinance and were working with our current mortgagee when we heard about Jesse at Guaranty. We called Jesse and within the first few hours we had the ball rolling and he was able to save us 10 years and thousands on our mortgage. The five stars though is for his follow through.. any question we’ve had has been promptly answered and resolved. Much appreciated even after the loan closing! Strongly recommend working with Jesse, you won’t regret it!!!

  Guaranty Federal Mortgage is the best! I have been doing business with Chris for 10 years and he is a true professional. I refer all my personal friends to Chris and I have financed two loans with him. My most recent refinance was an eMortgage. The loan was underwritten and cleared to close in 6 days. The settlement agent came to my office, sat at my computer and I signed the documents on a phone! The process took about 5 minutes. I got the lowest rate and the best service!   Closing my loan through GFM was a fantastic experience! They were very knowledgeable and were there every step of the way. Even better, I was able to eClose my loan! I was able to get my closing package electronically days before the closing to review, and the closing took less than 15 minutes!! A+ services and very competitive interest rate. Whole process only took a few days. Big thanks to this wonderful team (Dan, Jennifer, and Chris) at Guaranty Federal Mortgage Company. It could not have been a better experience, and I could not recommend GFM highly enough.

  I just refinanced my home(this was my second time using Guaranty Federal Mortgage)and what a BREEZE it was! As Chris stated over the phone many times, he has a lot of people behind the scenes that make a complicated job appear easy. In my opinion, this is a client's dream come true! Amazing communication and execution! Chris is very complimentary of his staff and I think that's incredibly important...I live over 250 miles away and would use GFM again in a heartbeat.

  Today we closed on what we hope will be our last home purchase. We are retired and over the years we have bought and sold many homes, and in different States. We just moved to Texas from Florida, and while we were looking forward to the house hunt, we were dreading the usual nightmares of working with the lender and the closing. Our Realtor suggested a company that was very efficient and knowledgeable with VA loans. Boy, was she right! From the first phone call to Guaranty Federal Mortgage we were treated like royalty and were reassured that they would take care of everything, even knowing that VA loans are usually labor-intensive. Jennifer and the whole staff kept us up to date regularly. The sellers wanted a "quick closing", and even with all the hoops they make VA lenders jump through, we closed in less than four weeks! We have never had as easy an experience in purchasing a home. We can't even imagine how they did what they did so quickly, especially when they cannot control the speed of the VA. If you're in or moving to the DFW area, I would definitely recommend Guaranty Federal Mortgage. I know that Mr. Chris Peck, the president, and Jeniffer Troxell, who, with her staff handled all of our mortgage business from start to finish, will treat you every bit as important as they have us.   I wanted to tell everyone about the fabulous treatment that I had from Jesse Henneman and his team. His attention to customer detail and having us understand the process was fabulous. My husband and I are so busy these days and we wanted someone that we could trust. While I reviewed all the documents, I totally felt that Jesse had our interest at heart. He guided us through several options, told us pros and cons and honestly, the process was simple. We only spent a couple of hours scanning our documents and sending them to the company.
